To
place a purchase order or quote request, you can use our online
form or send it via fax at (847) 419-1648. To
place an order over the phone, please call us during normal
business hours (9 am to 6 pm CST), toll-free, at (877)
591-5571. For
general pricing & product specification information, please visit our Requests &
Feedback page.
When
placing a quotation or submitting a purchase order, make sure to
follow these purchasing and submission guidelines. In
addition, we do have a policy on returning products, requiring a
mandatory re-stocking fee, which is detailed below.

To
request a quote, you can:
1. Expedite the
ordering process by completing our quote request form on our Request
a Quote page.
2. Call our Customer Service Department toll-free at (877)
591-5571.
3. Fax in your quote
request, along with completed Acknowledgment Form, to us -- fax: (847)
419-1648.
International calls: Please dial
phone (847) 419-1507 or fax (847) 419-1648, preceded by the appropriate international dialing codes for the
U.S., from your country.

For
Credit Card Sales (Visa
& MasterCard only):

1. If
ordering by Credit Card, please note that we ONLY ACCEPT Visa or MasterCard.
2.
Select the items you wish to order by viewing our Product
List
or calling Alexeter Customer Service.
3. If required,
submit a price quote on-line by visiting the Request
a Quote page. You do not have to submit
your credit card information via our website when requesting
a quote.
4. Review the
sales terms & conditions by visiting our Sales, Terms and Conditions
page.
5. Print out an
Acknowledgment Form
from the Sales,
Terms and Conditions page.
6.
Forward a fax copy (or mail a hard
copy) of your purchase order, along with completed Acknowledgment Form, to Alexeter Customer Service

Return
Policy
|
|
1.
Unused
or unopened products may be returned to Alexeter within 30 days of
receipt.
2.
No
products may be returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
This authorization must be obtained from Alexeter prior to shipping.
3.
The
RMA should be clearly indicated on the outside of the return packaging &
any relevant paperwork.
4.
Goods
sent to Alexeter without a visible RMA number will not be accepted & will
be returned.
5.
A
25% restocking fee will be applied to the customer's account for any
returned product.
